L´ARTE DELLA COMUNICAZIONE
Corso di una giornata che attraverso le tecniche teatrali permette ai partecipanti di sperimentare le proprie capacità di Comunicazione ed acquisire consapevolezza del proprio modo di Parlare, di Muoversi, di Ascoltare.
Il corso accresce la conoscenza della propria personalità, di se stessi, dei propri pensieri e dei propri comportamenti. Capire meglio se stessi vuol dire comprendere meglio gli altri.
At the end of the course participants will be able to:

The methodology used:
techniques that allow participants to train the senses, body and emotions. And through appropriate de-briefing to understand how to transfer the experience in daily work.
The methodology is built by integrating training from other sources: dalla Formazione-ludica , al Traning-teatrale , alle Tecniche di Visualizzazione, Tecniche grafico-pittoriche, di Scrittura autobiografica, tutto questo perché oggi la formazione deve far vivere, raccontare e ispirare il cambiamento.
L'obiettivo è integrare la comprensione intellettuale dei problemi e delle soluzioni con l’esperienza, cioè la capacità di apprendere con tutti i 5 sensi.
In tal modo l’apprendimento avviene in modo potente e senza sforzo attivando tutte le componenti dell’intelligenza umana.
Il corso è arricchito da adeguati de-briefing, contestualizzazioni, questionari, diari di osservazione e piani di sviluppo per facilitare the transfer of experience in the employment context.
