STYLES OF COMMUNICATION - Being able to use different styles for different stakeholders
Through Training Model ENERGY & © colors and experiential, participants recognize their own communication style, experimenting with other styles and train a more effective communication and positive. Experience and learn other styles of communication enhances its terms and improve interactions with others. The training will allow participants to experience four areas that correspond to energy 4 colors, 4 masks, 4 characters and representing 4 different styles of communication, leadership and sales.

to improve and leverage your way to Public Speaking and to convey to other people its message, its ideas and points of view. A course in Public Speaking that trains participants to be authentic and it is different from traditional ones because of the training focuses on the Exploration of the person as a means of using the typical techniques of theater (theater-play exercises and use of masks).

To develop the ability to manage risks, change and stress. Through the techniques of improvisational theater , participants are trained to deal with, without prejudice, and everyday situations that require flexibility, creativity and quick decision-making.
METHODS: Using theatrical techniques with the use of masks (neutral, character and Commedia dell'Arte), technical play, creative writing and drawing techniques, breathing techniques and voice, and with appropriate de-briefing, contextualisation, questionnaires, diaries and observation of development plans, it facilitated the transfer of experience in working environment.
