To develop the ability to manage risks, change and stress. Through the techniques of improvisational theater , participants are trained to deal with, without prejudice, and everyday situations that require flexibility, creativity and quick decision-making.
METHODS: Using theatrical techniques with the use of masks (neutral, character and Commedia dell'Arte), technical play, creative writing and drawing techniques, breathing techniques and voice, and with appropriate de-briefing, contextualisation, questionnaires, diaries and observation of development plans, it facilitated the transfer of experience in working environment.
