STYLES OF COMMUNICATION - A course of Te.D.-Theater ® Business Courses

in Milan September 24, 2010 Intercompany a course of a day to improve interpersonal communication and ability to use different styles for different stakeholders.

Through Training Model ENERGY & colors © and experiential techniques typical of theater , the participants recognize their own communication style, experimenting with other styles and train a more effective communication and positive with collaborators, colleagues, customers, suppliers etc..

Each individual has his own mode of communication is more or less conscious. Experience and learn other styles of communication enhances its terms and improve interactions with others.

The training offered will enable participants to experience 4 energy areas corresponding to 4 color, 4 males, 4 characters and representing four different communication styles :



• Energy-Action Red
• Power Structure of Blue-
• Energy • Energy Support
-Green-Yellow Creativity




Methods and Techniques:

theatrical journey through the use of the "neutral mask " and "character masks and masks of the Commedia dell'Arte, participants will look for people who live in each of them to identify the potential of the self and to use them at the right time and in proper order.
Everyone will have the opportunity to experience the style of communication that considers you want to improve.
Participants with different communication styles interact with each other, with the aim to optimize the relationship.


Useful for:

Understand and be able to manage communication style and a capacity for more useful business role: Trainer, Coach, Sellers, Manager and staff of the call center or the front office staff, and all those who work in teams and in environments collaborative.


Objectives:

understand and experience the different styles of communication:
